Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not refund, exchange or except returns unless it is due to our error.
We take a great deal of pride and care when packing your order. All items are in perfect condition when they leave our premises. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediatelyif the item is damaged or you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Calm & Cozy has no control over your packaged item, its handling or delivery times once it is in the possession of Australia Post. Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number in the event of a missing/lost/damaged package.
We are confident you will love your luxurious products but in the rare event your item does arrive damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@calmcozy.com.au with your order number, time stamped photos of the product and a short description of the problem and we will look into it straight away.
Upon review, we may offer you a replacement of the same product to the same value. Calm & Cozy reserves the right to refuse a replacement at their discretion.
